Awana’s vision is to be a strategic partner with families, churches, and ministries in a global effort to ensure the opportunity for all children and youth to be evangelized and discipled in Christ. With this, we strive to equip leaders who have the heart and calling to minister to the next generation.
Here are some programs and activities we conduct to equip leaders.
ACDFs are national conventions for leaders of churches and like-minded parachurch ministries focused on a specific goal: to equip, empower, and inspire churches and organizations in discipling the younger generation. These conventions provide avenues for leaders to fine-tune or reconsider existing mindsets and methodologies, as well as learn new ones, in order to increase the effectivity and sustainability of their own initiatives.

We do our part to change the world by equipping leaders to reach kids, on their own sidewalk and around the world. We are deeply committed to local and global church partnerships.
The Seed Planters’ Conference is a three to five days training for new Awana leaders and pastors who have just started Awana clubs. This basic training allows participants to go through lectures based on their preferred curriculum, and provides in-depth and hands-on learning on running an Awana club.
